Meds sent 11 Apr 2008 - ACS assessment had to be done twice(redone Jan2009) as the first assessment did not give me MODL points (2231-79 nec, then listed as 2231-79 C/C++/C#, which puts my app on the CSL . 13/03/09 : Application being processed further . . . "Evidence of employment" has then been requested (payslips, contract, bank statements) . Docs provided beginning of April, requested a second time on May 8 for an unknown reason . Sent again immediately . Finally, July 23rd, Evidence of Employement is "Met" . But French PCC has expired . Redone & Sent . Aug 3rd, everything is met . I am afraid I will have to get to Oz before Oct 11th (date of my extended meds expiration date) . No visa yet, but I will start my job & house leave notice period asap .

Got email today - visa granted . Had medicals and police checks at the end of September, so it took about 6 weeks from then . We now have until the 7th of Oct 09 to do our first visit . Hope housing market picks up so we can consider selling house ! . Good luck everyone .
